Serena is an estate agent and has Roxy & Stephen around many properties, none of which meet the couple's exacting standards. Sick of having their time wasted, evil Roxy comes up with a way to extract some painful compensation from poor Serena. Later, when Roxy and Stephen return to their own house, which they have no intention of selling, we gain some insight into their behaviour as Stephen gives Roxy a severe caning, every stroke of which she thoroughly enjoys.
